Are signs and graphics the best way to promote my business?

Signs/graphics are the most cost-effective form of advertising, promoting your business 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.  They are also the first point of communication and play a key role in building an effective first impression.

What are the typical lead times for graphics and signs?

Scheduling is dependent on the complexity of the project, availability of materials, current production workload, and design process. Typical lead times for installation range from a few days to a couple weeks once we final artwork approval, however we will do our best to meet tighter deadlines if need be!

Do I need to clean my vechile prior to installation?

We ask that your vehicle be cleaned of excessive road grime/mud/salt etc.  Please do not wax or apply undercoating products before bringing your vehicle to us.

Will wrapping a vehicle protect my car’s paint-job?

A properly installed vehicle wrap using quality films will protect from UV exposure and reduce roadwear from minor stone chips and scrapes. Alternative wrap films, (especially budget brand wrap products) have the potential to break down paint finishes over time due to their adhesive makeup.  We recommend researching these products carefully before proceeding.

What's the best way to care for my vehicle graphics?

Consult 3M's vehicle care documentation for cleaning recommendations.  Generally, hand washing your graphics provides the same lifespan and cleanliness benefits as washing any other portion of the vehicleParking the vehcile in shaded areas whenever possible helps protect the film from damaging UV rays.  Use extreme caution when cleaning with pressure washers and commercial car washes, as damage caused by pressurized water and abrasive cleaning methods cannot be covered under warranty. If such equipment must be used, consult 3M's vehicle care documentation for implementation guidelines and limitations.

Can I wax my graphics?

Depending on the finish of your graphics, waxing may be possible.  Please consult 3M's vehicle care documentation or contact us for further information.

Can a wrap be removed later?

Yes, premium wrap films are designed to be removed at the end of their lifespan.  We offer removal services for an additional fee, or you can consider doing so yourself with a little heat and elbow grease.

How long will my vehicle graphics last?

Warranty periods vary depending on the product and application, but as a rule, most professionally applied vehicle graphics have an expected life of five to eight years when cared for correctly.

Do you offer window tinting services?

We do not offer window tinting services for vehicle or building applications at this time.  We do offer window frosting services.

Do you install paint protection film (PPF)?

We offer paint protection film for commercial vehicles and the transportation industry.  Generally, we do not offer paint protection film for personal vehicles.

How do I send artwork?

You can email, send (for free) via WeTransfer, drop it off at the office on CD/DVD/USB drive, or transfer using the FTP link on our homepage. Call us for further details.

What formats work best for artwork?

The best format to send your artwork is a vector .eps or .ai file. Flattened/raster graphics can be sent as Photoshop,  FlexiSign, pdf, jpg, tiff etc as long at they are high enough resolution. Be sure to convert all text to outlines, or embed the font. If you have a format you are unsure of please contact us.

What artwork resoultion do you recommend?

By this we are referring to the dots per inch (dpi) that make up your full-colour +images (i.e. psd, jpg, tiff, bitmap graphics). The dpi at finished graphic size should be at least 50 -75 dpi so once we know what size the image is going to be, we can calculate what dpi we need to begin with. If you graphics are vector based, resolution is not an issue.
