How long do I have to wait for the sign or vehicle graphics after ordering?

This is very dependent on the complexity of the project, availability of materials, production schedules and design approval. Typically a lead time of 4-14 days should be expected. However, we will always discuss this with you at the time of order and will accommodate your needs wherever possible.

Should the vehicle be clean before installation?

We do ask that the vehicle is relatively clean from excessive road grime etc. Please do not wax it immediately prior to bringing it to us. We then clean the areas we are applying graphics to with a special cleaner prior to installation.

Will wrapping a vehicle ruin my car’s paint-job?

No, on the contrary, a vehicle wrap protects your paint-job even from minor scratches or early rust.

Can a wrap be removed later?

Yes, the wrap can be removed easily, which is a service we provide, or you can do it yourself with a little heat and elbow grease. If we know ahead of time that the graphics are for a short-term promotion, we will use special materials that make removal even easier.

How long will my vehicle graphics last?

Professionally applied vehicle graphics should last for years if they are cared for correctly. We advise that you do not wash your vehicle for a week after vehicle graphics are applied and do not power wash the graphics as this may reduce their life. For permanent vehicle graphics, we always laminate the graphics to prolong the colour of any digitally printed images. We have short-term and long-term (7-9 years) products, depending on your needs.

ONE WAY VISION FILM
3M one-way vision film allows you to cover even the windows of your vehicle for maximum impact of your graphics. The perforated pattern in this film allows a full image to be seen on the outside while allowing viewing through windows from the inside.

SPECIALTY EQUIPMENT
At TCG, we don’t limit our expertise to graphics for vehicles that drive the highways. We can provide graphics for snowmobiles, motorcycles, boats, Olympias, Zambonis, race cars or specialty equipment.

MAGNETS
Magnetic signs are a great solution for temporary use, or for a vehicle that is used for personal or other business. They can be used on any relatively flat metallic surface of your vehicle, but are most commonly used on the side doors.

We have three 75-foot service bays to install your graphics in any weather. We have a full-time, AZ licensed, fully insured driver as well as our own shunt truck for pickup and delivery of your vehicles. If you are not located within driving distance, we have access to a network of 3M approved installers across North America.

Returning a leased vehicle or selling equipment? We will remove your graphics AND ALL THE ADHESIVE.
